Adam Levine on the Set of American Horror Story - First Look! (PHOTO)

Though we’re counting down the days until Adam Levine’s beautiful face emerges from behind that big red chair, our multi-talented man is giving us another small-screen debut to look forward to.

Adam will star in Season 2 of Ryan Murphy’s hit show, American Horror Story, returning to FX this October. The singer will play one part of a duo called The Lovers (the other half will be played by Jenna Dewan).

And yesterday, Mr. Murphy tweeted this exclusive photo from the set.

“AHS exclusive: Two of our stars who started shooting today - - the multi-talented@adamlevine and Bloody Face!” Ryan said.

Adam was wearing his signature white tank and looking surprisingly cheery for the set of a horror show. We can’t wait to see him get into the gritty world of AHS! Especially after he’s teased the “gory” honeymoon scene...
