Adam Levine Reveals "Gory" New Details on American Horror Story Role

It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything about Adam Levine’s role in American Horror Story — apart from the fact that he’s supposed to be “sexy,” and that’s not exactly a shocking detail.

So we were excited when Adam dished to E! News about his character.

“I’m newly married and I go with my wife on our honeymoon,” he revealed. “I don’t want to tell you too much and actually I should shut my mouth because [Ryan Murphy] will freak out, but it’s gory.”

Yikes!

There’s no word yet on who will play Adam’s wife, but we have some suggestions if Ryan Murphy is reading!

Adam and Maroon 5 are getting ready for the June 26 release of their new album, Overexposed, the singer is also set to star in the movie Can a Song Save Your Life?, and, of course, he’ll be back as a judge for Season 3 of The Voice.

But the singer is currently looking forward to his AHS role and working with Ryan Murphy.

“It sounds like so much fun and that’s why I wanted to do it,” he said. “I was like, this doesn’t even sound like acting; this sounds, like, hysterical, funny, dark, and cook and right up my alley.”

A gory honeymoon scene? We wouldn’t mind seeing Adam in that.
