As The Voice’s ratings soar and its audience grows, so does the level of stars appearing on the show. In addition to the celebrity judges and mentors, Gym Class Heroes and Neon Hitch performed on the first elimination episode last Tuesday, April 3.

Now, the American version of the reality singing competition is getting a British invasion! The boy band The Wanted will make an appearance on an upcoming live show.

On Saturday, the band’s guitarist, Thomas Parker,  tweeted, “Can you believe it!! It's what I've been dying to tell you all for so long! Can't believe we're doing TheVoiceUSA...mental!! x”

The band’s hit song, “Glad You Came,” was featured on the mid-season finale of Glee, and they appear to be competing with enemy British boy band One Direction.

Though One Direction seems to be the bigger phenomenon, perhaps a Voice appearance will give The Wanted an even bigger fan base.
