Cee Lo Green may have simply been having a wonderful Christmastime, but the holidays are over, and the “Crazy” singer is currently facing a major lawsuit.

According to TMZ, Cierra Management Group is suing the singer for $14.2 million after Cee Lo allegedly failed to appear for two concerts. These two performances supposedly cost the company $243,000.

Apparently these concerts never took place and the suit claims that Cee Lo’s reps proposed the events as “a scheme designed to finagle funding capital for concerts they knew would not manifest.”

The real kicker? Cee Lo’s rep claims to never have heard of the concerts.

“When this story came out [on Feb. 7], it was the first time that Cee Lo Green and his current management team had even heard about this concert deal,” the rep told TMZ. “Most importantly, Cee Lo was never compensated or involved. It is unfortunate and ridiculous that Cee Lo Green’s name is associated with such an incident as this is not how he handles business.”

Cee Lo’s currently working on some new music with his group Goodie Mob and producing a new NBC semi-autobiographical sitcom set to air this fall.
