When pop divas collide, the results can be more than a little messy (just look at Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey), but in the case of The Voice, things are relatively calm.

Last month, Christina Aguilera announced that she was taking a leave of absence from the hit show in the spring in order to promote her upcoming album, Lotus. And though no one can replace Xtina, Colombian singer Shakira will be keeping her big red throne warm next season.

R&B singer Usher will also be replacing Christina’s fellow judge, Cee Lo Green. But how does Christina feel about relinquishing the title of sole Voice diva to Shakira?

"Usher and Shakira are very accomplished. They're very experienced artists," Aguilera told ET Canada. "Definitely, Shakira will bring a little Latin flair. It will be fun to see what they bring to the table."

That doesn’t sound like a diva feud to us! We’re happy Christina is stepping down gracefully, and hopefully we’ll see her return soon!

Do you think Xtina really supports Shakira on The Voice or is it all for show? Weigh in below!
