Christina Aguilera Tweets Details on Upcoming Album

As anxiously as we’ve been waiting for Season 3 of The Voice, it’s nothing compared to the pain of waiting for the new Christina Aguilera album.

She hasn’t come out with any new music (apart from “Moves Like Jagger”) since Bionic and the Burlesque soundtrack in 2010, and we’re all desperate for this sultry diva’s sound once more.

And though Xtina rarely tweets, she took some time yesterday to encourage her fans to stay strong in what feels like centuries without Lady Marmalade.

We already know that Ms. Aguilera plans to release a new single this month, but we’re ready for a full-length album!
