We’re used to seeing The Voice’s social media correspondent, Christina Milian, far away from the singing action, either backstage or in her new snazzy Sprint Skybox, tracking tweets and talking to contestants.

But, as it turns out, she actually has enough experience to be up on that stage herself! Yep, Christina Aguilera isn’t the only Christina with some vocal chops, as Milian has been singing for a number of years, including in the 2005 movie, Be Cool.

Not only did she have a featured role in the 2005 movie, starring alongside Uma Thurman and John Travolta, the multi hyphenate talent also sang and performed her own songs, including a sick collaboration of Aerosmith’s “Cryin’” with Steven Tyler himself.

And it looks like we can expect even more from Milian in the coming months, as she recently revealed that she’s been signed to Young Money Entertainment/Cash Money Records. And if she’s joining forces with the the record group that has spawned hitmakers like Lil Wayne and Drake, we’re definitely in for a lot more crazy good collabos!

Were you surprised to hear that Christina Milian has a singing career?
