Grammy-award winning R&B singer Usher looks exactly the same as he did when he rose to fame in the late '90s — but did you know the future Voice judge is actually 34 years old?

That's right, music lovers. Usher was born on Oct. 14, 1978 in Dallas, Texas.

Usher's career really began taking off in 1997, when he released his second studio album, My Way, which featured radio hits "Nice & Slow," "My Way," and "You Make Me Wanna … " Basically, the entire soundtrack of our 8th grade dance.

Today, Usher's still killing it with his smooth moves and sexy vocals. The soon-to-be owner of a Big Red Chair made a splash at the 40th annual American Music Awards on Nov. 18, 2012, singing a mashup of "Numb," "Climax," and "Can't Stop Won't Stop."

Usher hasn't missed a beat since the late '90s, and we can't wait to see what this eternally youthful hottie brings to The Voice stage next season!
