Christina Aguilera is a lot of things — gorgeous pop diva, coach on The Voice, and loving mama — but is she a Mormon?
No … but she used to be!
According to the BYU Alumni Association, Xtina’s parents met at the university, later marrying in
a Mormon temple in Washington, DC. Though they later divorced when she was 7, Christina and her mom, Shelly, reportedly continued to receive Mormon home teachers for the following two years.
There's no evidence that Christina was baptized or that she ever became a member of the church, but the church was at least involved in her schooling for part of her life.
