Though Season 3 of The Voice is only starting its third week tonight, the preparations for Season 4 are already well underway. And no one seems to be preparing more than newly announced coach, Usher.

The R&B singer will be replacing the lovable Cee Lo Green this spring, but he already has a Voice win in sight.

After being credited as the celebrity who “found” Justin Bieber, Usher seems to have a set plan for contestants in the blind auditions.

“I don’t know if they’re really ready for my pitch,” he told Rolling Stone Magazine. “I’m probably doing too much right now even talking about it because I don’t want them to have any clues, any direction what my process is.”

Hmm, we never knew The Voice’s blind auditions were so scientific. Most of the contestants Wetpaint Entertainment has spoken with say that they decide who they’re picking in the moment rather than planning ahead, so Usher better have a good sales pitch ready.

What do you think of Usher’s decision to keep his “strategy” quiet? Good planning or just silly? Tell us below!
