Last night was a tough one for The Voice coach Christina Aguilera. After coming under fire for Monday's immediate elimination of fan-favorite Jesse Campbell, the 31-year-old pop diva was faced with another difficult decision: to eliminate either 17-year-old Ashley De La Rosa or coffee shop singer Lindsey Pavao.

After singing the praises of the two remaining girls on her team, a choked-up Xtina went with her heart and sent 17-year-old Ashley home.

Luckily, Christina managed to find a cure for her elimination blues: boyfriend Matt Rutler.

The couple was spotted arriving at Craig's Italian Restaurant in West Hollywood later that evening. The "Fighter" singer did a quick change, swapping her low-cut, spaghetti strap dress for a more conservative-looking outfit topped off with a leather motorcycle jacket.

Next week, Xtina can kick back and relax a bit as Team Adam and Team Cee Lo contestants compete for a spot in the semifinals. Tune in for all the action on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
