Get ready to party like it's 1999! No, Prince isn't performing again during the Super Bowl halftime show, but we will be treated to a medley of Prince tunes the evening after the game.
The coaches of NBC's The Voice — Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green and Adam Levine — will take the stage during the two-hour show on Monday, February 6. No word yet on which songs they'll sing, but we're hoping for some "Purple Rain" and "When Doves Cry."
In addition to a Prince medley, viewers will be treated to more blind auditions. So far, we're most excited about contestants Jesse Campbell and Lindsey Pavao, both of whom have been heavily featured in the sneak peek videos.
To see the coaches build their teams and prepare for battle, be sure to tune in to The Voice starting on February 5, immediately following the Super Bowl on NBC. On February 6, the show will settle in to its regularly scheduled time slot on Monday nights at 8 p.m. ET.
