It seems Adam Levine is taking a play out of the "bros before hos" handbook. Despite last season’s tense feud between Christina Aguilera and Tony Lucca on The Voice, Adam’s looking out for his Season 2 finalist long after the cameras stopped running.

According to Billboard.com, former Mouseketeer Tony Lucca has officially signed on to Adam Levine’s personal record label, 222 Records. The singer will begin recording later this year.

Tony’s currently in the midst of a cross-country tour just after Labor Day. But he took a least a few minutes off from his tour to sign the papers for his new record deal, as seen in the photo below.

The Team Adam finalist placed third last season behind winner Jermaine Paul and runner-up Juliet Simms. But according to the 35-year-old, winning never factored into Adam’s willingness to assist him with his career.

“We had a good time working with each other,” Tony told Billboard. “Ironically, it was an organic relationship (after the show). He didn’t put too much stock in me not winning.”
