By this point in the competition on The Voice Season 2, the semi-finalists were anxiously awaiting the Final 4 reveal. This season, the competition is far more cutthroat, and the Top 6 is about to become the Top 4.

But those four contestants won’t all be in the Season 3 finale — in fact, only two will be moving forward next week. Who’s going home in tonight’s live results show, though? Honestly, at this point, it’s anyone’s game. There are six strong, talented contestants remaining, each with their own style and abilities, but someone’s got to go home.

We think 17-year-old Melanie Martinez will be getting the boot tonight, solely due to the increased talent level at this stage of the competition. After exceedingly harsh critiques from an embittered Christina Aguilera, we almost wish she’d be saved tonight, but the two-toned teen is probably heading home.

The other contestant to leave the Top 6 ranks is somewhat of a mystery. Before last night, we would have predicted Queens native Trevin Hunte. The Team Cee Lo singer has given us lackluster performances for the last few weeks, but last night, he blew us out of the water with “And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going” from Dreamgirls.

That rendition basically guaranteed him at least another week on the show, so who will go? We thought Team Blake’s Terry McDermott might be next off the list, but his performance of “I Want to Know What Love Is” reached No. 2 on iTunes, giving him a great advantage.

Basically, Voice fans, it’s time to hold your breath and cross your fingers, because anyone could be on the chopping block this evening. List your guesses below!
