Last night marked the end of Season 6 of the U.S. version of The Voice, with a victory for 38-year-old tutor and old-school soul singer Josh Kaufman. He's in good company, as he joins the five incredible vocalists who've won the NBC singing competition before him. To refresh your memory, here's a comprehensive list of past winners.

Season 1 Winner: Javier Colon (Coach: Adam Levine)

Season 2 Winner: Jermaine Paul (Coach: Blake Shelton)

Season 3 Winner: Cassadee Pope (Coach: Blake)

Season 4 Winner: Danielle Bradbery (Coach: Blake)

Season 5 Winner: Tessanne Chin (Coach: Adam)

Season 6 Winner: Josh Kaufman (Coach: Usher)

At this point, it may be more difficult to keep track of which coaches are staying and which are going. Shakira and Usher are back this season after doing so well standing in for Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green in Season 4. In February, Cee Lo announced that Season 5 was his last, while Christina's engagement and pregnancy announcements shortly after made it a foregone conclusion that she'd sit Season 7 out. Thankfully, two amazing superstars will step in to take their red swivel chairs. Pharrell Williams will take Cee Lo and Usher's seat, while No Doubt lead singer Gwen Stefani will be Season 7's resident platinum blonde.

The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
