With The Voice currently off the air, judge and country singer Blake Shelton isn’t wasting any time recording some new music.

But the next country ballads you’ll hear the musician crooning won’t be about his hometown of Tishomingo, Oklahoma, but rather a little town called Bethlehem.

Yesterday, country keyboardist Gordon Mote tweeted, “Had a great day working on a new@BlakeShelton Christmas album. He's pretty fantastic!” with the photo above.

To which Blake jokingly responded, “Y'all meet my hair stylist @GordonMote!!! Follow the man!!!”

If Gordon really was Blake’s hair stylist, he should proudly take credit for saving the singer from that horrendous mullett he used to rock back in the day!

We already know Cee Lo Green is working on a Christmas album with former Voice contestant Anthony Evans Jr., and now it seems Blake has hopped on the holiday bandwagon! Would you buy a Blake Shelton Christmas album? Comment below!
