The Voice’s Christina Aguilera Tweets About Good Cause, Gets Surprising Re-Tweet

Though @TheRealXtina rarely makes Twitter appearances, she did take the time to tweet a special message on Monday.

Voice judge Christina Aguilera wrote,

The singer then linked to the World Food Programme’s site to help raise money for food and water for the people in the Sahel region of West Africa, which has been experiencing a major drought.

Xtina has worked with the WFP before, visiting Guatemala with the organization in 2009, and we’re glad to see she’s lending her influence again. This time, though, she's got a little help.

Though Christina and Adam Levine have reportedly been feuding ever since The Voice’s Season 2 finale, Adam retweeted Christina’s call to action today from his personal account.
