Yes, it’s all about “the voice,” but let’s not forget that contestants, judges, and cast members on The Voice are still on national TV and looking good is a must.

While pop diva Christina Aguilera has her own hair stylist (and who can blame her), everyone else on the show looks to Shawn Finch to jazz up their looks.

This Emmy-nominated stylist has created some of last season’s best looks, including jazzing up Lindsey Pavao’s shaved head and perfecting Sera Hill’s wavy locks.
