Erin Willett, a contestant on Team Blake Shelton, took the stage on The Voice Season 2 performance show on April 16, 2012 to sing "Set Fire to the Rain" by Adele.

Christina admitted that Erin had big shoes to fill singing an Adele song, but she did a good job and “made it something special, made it [her] own.”

Adam enjoyed the performance, but expressed concern for Erin’s musical phrasing. “It was a great performance, the pitch was great, but maybe work on phrasing in the future," he commented.

After Adam stumbled over his comments a bit, Blake Shelton took a jab at his fellow coach, saying, "Adam couldn't even phrase that sentence."

But when it came time to critique his contestant's performance, Blake was no-nonsense.

"I was excited for you to do an Adele song, because if there's somebody who can do it justice, you can do that," he said. "I think you'll find that America agrees. That was amazing, Erin."

What did you think of Erin Willett’s performance?

A. Amazing!
B. Just OK.
