Jermaine Paul, a contestant on Team Blake Shelton took the stage on The Voice Season 2 finale performance show on May 7, 2012 to sing R. Kelly's "I Believe I Can Fly."
Christina Aguilera noted Jermaine got her to stand and said, "You just shine."
Cee Lo Green declared it was a perfect song choice, while Adam Levine called him "powerful" and an "elegant."
And Jermaine's coach, Blake, said, "My heart is in my throat right now ... I’ve listened to that song many times. I don’t think I’ve ever heard it until tonight."
