On The Voice Season 3 live shows tonight, Nov. 19, 2012, Team Cee Lo’s Nicholas David put a new spin on Bill Withers’s “Lean on Me.”

Not only did Nicholas show off a new side of himself with a sleek, straightened ‘do, but he also sat down at the piano, impressing the coaches with his multitude of talents.

“It was like chicken soup going down all nice and easy,” Christina said, and Blake interjected with “legendary chicken soup!” His coach, Cee Lo, was more heartfelt, explaining how Nick’s performance spoke to him, even crying as he finished his comments.
