Tony Vincent, a contestant on Team Cee Lo Green, took the stage on The Voice Season 2 performance show on April 9, 2012 to sing "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" by Tears for Fears.
Blake Shelton called it "a little bit evil, hellish — I was so wrapped up in whatever that was that it was hard for me to concentrate on the voice."
Christina Aguilera felt Tony could have broken out to "attack a little bit more."
Cee Lo apologized if he restricted Tony in any way, saying, "I would vote for Tony if he so desired to rule the world."
