Pop punk singer Cassadee Pope has been a clear frontrunner on this season of The Voice from Day 1. Her impressive blind audition of “Torn” received a four-chair turn, and her time on Team Blake has inspired America to vote her through each week.

So how did the singer get so confident on stage? Before The Voice, Cassadee had been touring with her popular band, Hey Monday, for years.

The band was mentored by Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz, and became well known in the pop punk world. Their song “Candles” was performed on Glee in 2011, but the band also took a break that year.

Cassadee is now looking to start her solo career, and what better place to try than on The Voice?

She’s currently one of the two remaining contestants on Team Blake. Do you think Cassadee has what it takes to win this season? Weigh in below!
