Where Is Dez Duron From?
We can't get enough of The Voice's Dez Duron! This former Yale quarterback-turned-bona fide pop star is taking primetime TV by storm with his smooth vocals and killer smile. Ladies and gents can't get enough of his boy-next-door vibe, which begs the question — where is Dez Duron from?
Dez is a downhome, Southern boy at heart, hailing from Shreveport, La. He made it all the way to New Haven, Conn. to join the Ivy League, but dropped out and moved to Los Angeles to audition for The Voice Season 2. Unfortunately, he was unable to turn any chairs, but his dreams of pop stardom were not in vain. Dez returned stronger than ever for Season 3, turning three chairs with his lovable performance of "Sara Smile" by Hall & Oates.
Now, with the help of his coach Christina Aguilera, Dez is one step closer to winning The Voice!
Dez, we sure hope you love L.A., because we don't see you moving back to Louisiana any time soon.
