Which Christina Aguilera Performance Was Better?: The People’s Choice Awards vs. The American Music Awards (VIDEOS)

While we’re sad that Christina Aguilera won’t be on The Voice next season, we understand that the diva needs to promote her new album, Lotus. 

In the past few months, Xtina’s had some stellar performances including her mashup at the American Music Awards, and last night’s soulful performance at the People’s Choice Awards.

At the AMA’s Christina started the performance from inside a “human lotus flower” and transitioned into an anti-bullying-themed rendition of “Let There Be Love” complete with an eccentric group of performers including drag queens, female bodybuilders, and tattooed-covered men.

Last night’s PCA performance was much more low key. Christina came out in a white blazer on a candle-covered stage to sing her new emotional ballad, “Blank Page.” And while there were no crazy dancers or fireworks, we enjoyed getting a chance to hear Xtina’s powerful voice.
