It’s hard to believe that 12 years have passed since Britney Spears danced down the school hallway in her “...Baby One More Time” music video.

Her sexy schoolgirl look inspired numerous parodies (see: Eminem) and tributes (see: Glee), but it seems that now it may have influenced her former “enemy” and fellow Mouseketeer.

On Tuesday night’s elimination episode of The Voice (April 10), Christina Aguilera traded her typically form-fitting, cleavage-baring dresses for a sexy schoolgirl look of her own.

On her website, Christina wrote, “Tuesday’s results show look was a perfect example of how you can be super flirty without showing skin. I loved the look and had a blast playing the naughty schoolgirl with a modern twist.”

It has also been announced that Britney has signed on to be a judge on The X-Factor. Was Christina’s look sending Britney a competitive message?
