We’re now two weeks into the live shows, but if some of you Voice fans missed the battle rounds this season, you might be a bit confused.

A few of the contestants who were previously on one team have magically transitioned to another. But how? For the first time this season, The Voice implemented a new feature called the “steal.” This allowed another coach to fight for whichever contestant lost the battle round.

And though each coach got two steals to add to their team, there’s only one contestant still in the competition who was stolen Amanda Brown.

The former gospel singer started out on Team Cee Lo, considering he was the only one to turn for her in the blind auditions. Amanda’s surprisingly impressive battle against Trevin Hunte blew everyone away and left her coach unsure of how to proceed.

And once Cee Lo named Trevin the winner, all three remaining judges pushed their buttons to snag Amanda for their own teams. But it was Adam Levine who the Bronx, N.Y. native ultimately landed on.

From there Amanda went on to beat powerhouse singer Michelle Brooks-Thompson in the knockout rounds, and for the last two weeks America has voted her through in the competition.

Do you think Amanda could be a finalist for Team Adam? Weigh in below!
