After last night's shocking elimination of Jesse Campbell and Jordis Unga on The Voice Season 2, the last thing we wanted to do was say goodbye to more contestants. But we can't forget this is a competition, and eliminations are unavoidable.

Tonight, April 17, we said goodbye to one additional contestant from Team Christina and Team Blake.

After the nationwide vote, America saved opera singer Chris Mann from Team Christina and Alicia Keys backup singer Jermaine Paul from Team Blake.

The bottom two on Team Christina were 17-year-old Ashley De La Rosa, who sang "You and I" by Lady Gaga, and coffee shop singer Lindsey Pavao, who sang "Please Don't Go" by Mike Posner.

Ultimately, Christina saved Lindsey and eliminated Ashley.

On Team Blake, the bottom two were country cutie RaeLynn, who sang "If I Die Young" by The Band Perry, and powerhouse vocalist Erin Willett, who sang "Proud Mary" by Tina Turner.

Blake decided to save Erin, sending RaeLynn home.

Congratulations to Chris, Lindsey, Jermaine, and Erin. We can't wait to see more of you as the competition progresses!

Tune in next week for more live show performances on April 23, 2012 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
