It seems this “heavenly” contestant wasn’t entirely upfront about her impressive musical career during the second round of blind auditions on The Voice Season 2.

The singer has an impressive resume, having toured with Adele, Kate Voegele, Brandi Carlile, Five For Fighting, Sugar Ray, and Gavin DeGraw.

Her song “Make Me Believe” was the featured iTunes single of the week in March 2009, and she was one of VH1’s "You Oughta Know: Artists On The Rise" in 2010.

Angel’s song “Like You Do” was featured in the Season 6 finale of One Tree Hill and a season two episode of VH1’s Tough Love.

While Angel told the audience in the Feb. 6 episode that her mother and sisters escaped from their abusive father, she didn’t say that one of her sisters is Ebony Taylor, a former contestant on America’s Next Top Model (Cycle 5).

She has produced her own album, Love Travels, and now is a member of Team Adam.

Surprised? What do you think of this contestant now that you know more about her musical background?
