There’s been a lot of drama on Season 2 of The Voice, and we’re not just talking about the contestants' oft-tragic pasts. No, we’re referring to the constantly rising and falling tension between the judges.
It may all be a production, but it seems that the judges, each with a whole season of experience under their belts, are showing their teeth this season. Over here at Wetpaint Entertainment, we’re just as conflicted about which judges grate our nerves, and which one we’d turn our chairs for.
We can appreciate Christina Aguilera for her musical talents (girl can siiing!), but her habit of constantly blaming the other judges for not turning their chairs around has caused her personality stock to drop this season.
Meanwhile, Adam clearly wins for Best Tattoos and, as evidenced by the telltale “Mrs. Adam Levine” scribbles all over our spiral notebooks, he is obviously the hottie on the panel.
Cee Lo Green has a solid following, but we just can’t get over his creeptastic comments this season. Though he is slightly redeemed by Purrfect, his cat, who makes weekly appearances.
Though we didn’t anticipate it, Blake Shelton has become our favorite judge. We can’t get enough of his Southern drawl, his name dropping, or his quick — at times way inappropriate — wit. OK, OK, his boyish grin might have something to do with it, but hey, we just can’t resist a man in a vest.
So, Wetpaint-ers, what say you? Who is your favorite judge this season? Has it changed from last year?
