Being diagnosed with degenerative bone disease around age 16, Charlotte was told that there was a possibility that the damage to her jaw could be irreparable, and she would never be able to sing again. After having her jaw wired shut, she took to writing music. Luckily, she recovered fully at age 19 and started recording music. Her first album Waves And The Both Of Us came out in 2008 and helped her secure a spot on the Vans Warped Tour. Though wanted by all the judges, Charlotte is excited to be a member of Team Blake.
