This feisty Cuban pop tart is relatively new to the scene, but Mary finally has a chance to make it big as one of the most talented contestants on everyone's favorite singing competition!

Mary is from the originally from Havana, Cuba (though she now lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico), and spends as much time as possible working on her vocals (that is when she's not modeling). This gal has been teased for not knowing English, and music was the only thing that made her feel better. Clearly all the practice is paying off, because Mary has an amazing voice, and we love that she sings in both Spanish and English. But will she be able to keep up the good work and captivate fans with her gorgeous vocal chords?

Check out Mary work it on The Voice to find out (hopefully her estranged father will eventually get a chance to see her perform!), and in the meantime hit up her Facebook page and YouTube channel!

Blind Auditions:

Mary auditioned for The Voice Season 4 with “Como la Flor” by Selena, and the coaches la-la-loved her –– especially Shakira. "From the moment you started the song, that long extended note, I knew that I was in front of something really, really big," Shak gushed, while Blake said "I think you're awesome Mary, and I can figure out some way to get you to the end zone."

Blake, Shakira and Usher turned their chairs to see this Mary put on the performance of her lifetime, but in the end she picked Shakira as her mentor.
