Savannah Berry might be a sweet sixteenager, but she has the vocal chords of a songstress twice her age! This Southern belle started singing at the age of 8, and became a local celebrity thanks to her YouTube channel, where she posts videos of herself singing various hits. Now this high schooler finally has a chance to make it in the big leagues as one of the top contestants on television's most competitive and talent-based music competition!
Of course, this isn't Savannah's first time in the spotlight. Her amazing vocals caught the attention of country group, Sugarland, who she starred with in a promotional video for the ACM Awards back in 2011. This gal is already a seasoned pro (she even has an EP on iTunes of five original songs), but does she have what it takes to blow America away with her dulcet tones?
Check out Savannah strut her stuff on The Voice to find out, and in the meantime hit up her website, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube channel!
Savannah auditioned for The Voice Season 4 with “Safe & Sound” by Taylor Swift ft. The Civil Wars, and the coaches were blown away. "I am fascinated by your voice," Blake gushed as Savannah revealed that Blake's wife, Miranda Lambert, is her biggest influence.
Of course, Blake wasn't alone in loving Savannah's performance. Adam Levine and Shakira also turned their chairs to see this gal in action, but in the end Savannah picked Blake as her mentor.
Savannah went head-to-head against Jacqui Sandell during the April 22, 2013 episode, singing Little Big Town’s “Little White Church." Coach Blake Shelton praised the country singer's pure vocals and ultimately crowned her the victor, sending Jacqui packing.
