Since it was announced that Britney Spears and Demi Lovato would be sitting next to each other on The X Factor judging panel this year, the world has been comparing their — everything. While we love both ladies for different reasons, we have noticed that these two may be swapping hair secrets between takes. Demi went blonde, Brit tried hair streaks, Demi got bangs... There’s no doubt in our minds that Brit and DLo can work pretty much any trend, but some styles just work better on one of these lovelies than the other. Let’s take a look-see, shall we?

Let's start with blonde. Britney makes it shine like a champ. While we enjoy the interesting shape Demi's working (and secretly now need a donut so badly), Brit's got the years of experience needed to keep her light locks always sassy and never brassy.
