Yep, yep. There’s a brand-spankin-new X Factor on tonight and we’re looking forward to great performances and so much stress. Last week, Demi Lovato had to choose between her mentees Paige Thomas and Jennel Garcia, and in the end Jennel went home. Badass rap trio Lyric 145 was also voted off the show when they failed to receive enough votes to stick around.

It was an emotional night for Planet X Factor on November 16, with first Lyric 145 peacing out, and then Jennel Garcia going home. But of everyone watching, the person most surprised at Jennel’s departure was her mentor, Demi Lovato.
