Glee Gets Three More 2014 Teen Choice Award Nominations — Who Made the Cut?

We were overjoyed when Glee earned its first three 2014 Teen Choice Award nominations, and now we can add three more noms to the list now that the second wave of categories has been announced. So who else in the cast of the FOX show snagged a coveted nomination? Read on to find out!

First up, Jane Lynch (Sue) scored a nomination in the Choice TV Villain category (where else?) alongside Robbie Kay (Once Upon A Time), Dylan O’Brien (Teen Wolf), Janel Parrish (Pretty Little Liars), and Paul Wesley (The Vampire Diaries). Jane’s amongst some seriously evil villains, but we think she’s got a solid chance at walking away with the top prize. Remember, Sue disbanded the glee club last season. It doesn’t get much more evil than that!

Next up, in the Choice TV Male Scene Stealer category we have our beloved Darren Criss (Blaine). Like Jane, Darren is amongst a pretty talented group of nominees, which includes Adam DeVine (Modern Family) Tyler Hoechlin (Teen Wolf), Tahj Mowry (Baby Daddy), and

Michael Trevino (The Vampire Diaries). If you ask us, Darren’s got this category on lock, but Michael from TVD could give him a run for his money.

And last but certainly not least is Naya Rivera (Santana). Her tenure on Glee has been a bit dramatic lately and she was downgraded to recurring guest star for the show’s final season, but nonetheless she got nominated in the Choice TV Female Scene Stealer category. Naya’s up against Sarah Hyland (Modern Family), Candice Accola (The Vampire Diaries), Eden Sher (The Middle), and Mayim Bialik (The Big Bang Theory). It’ll be interesting to see if the recent drama in Naya’s life will have any effect on how many fans vote for her, but we certainly hope it won’t.

In addition to these latest noms, Glee was also nominated for Choice TV Show: Comedy, Chord Overstreet (Sam) received a nomination in the Choice TV Actor: Comedy category, and Lea Michele (Rachel) nabbed a nom in the Choice TV Actress: Comedy category.

The 2014 Teen Choice Awards will air on August 10 at 8 p.m. ET on FOX. Do you think Glee will walk away with multiple wins? Vote below!
