Kandi Burruss Shares First Look at Todd Tucker’s New Show, Hollywood Divas! (VIDEO)

Kandi Burruss is one proud wife and she wants everyone to know it!

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star tied the knot this past April to production professional Todd Tucker (the pair met while he was working on RHoA) but instead of fully basking in the glow of their newlywed bliss, these two got right back down to work. Kandi started filming Season 7 of RHoA earlier this summer, while Todd jetted off to Los Angeles to shoot Hollywood Divas, a new reality show he’s executive producing.

A spin-off from the TV One hit R&B Divas, Hollywood Divas will follow the lives of five accomplished African American actresses looking to stay relevant in the entertainment industry. Who are the lucky gals you ask? That would be none other than RHoA alum Lisa Wu, Elise Neal, Countess Vaughn, Golden Brooks, and Paula Jai Parker.

Though we don’t have a specific premiere date, we do know that the show is expected to bow sometime in October, and Kandi just posted the super-enticing opening credits to Instagram complete with a sweet message to her man.

“I'm so proud of my hubby @todd167!” she writes. “He & @kingdomlos have executive produced #HollywoodDivas thru their production companies #TtuckerProductions & #KingdomReignEnt for @TVone. It airs in October so get ready! My former #RHOA cast mate @1lisawu is one of the stars so please support her as well! #MyMansHardWorkIsPayingOff #ProudWife.”

The caption is aww-worthy, but we think those hashtags really say it all. Wonder what Mama Joyce would have to say to that!

Are you planning to watch Hollywood Divas? Excited to see Lisa Wu back on TV? Check out the opening title sequence and then sound off below!
