Toni Braxton won’t let illness stop her hustle.

After being hospitalized twice this month for complications stemming from lupus, the “Unbreak My Heart” songstress jumped right back into action, pushing forward with her "The Hits Tour" as scheduled.

 The Braxton Family Values star was spotted on stage sporting a heart monitor while performing in Savannah, Georgia on Saturday night, October 22.

The singer’s doctors have recommended that she wear the monitoring device around the clock to detect chest pain as well as the oncoming threat of a heart attack or stroke, according to TMZ.

Toni, who went public with the autoimmune disease diagnosis back in 2010, was sidetracked at the beginning of the month, spending a significant amount of time in the hospital just ahead of her concert series.

After reportedly being on the mend, the 49-year-old found herself back in the hospital on October 15 and had to postpone her Cleveland show.

Toni’s boyfriend Birdman was reportedly by her side through the hospitalizations and also front and center at her Georgia show.
