American Idol 2014: Who Are the Top 10 of Season 13?

It’s hard to believe that American Idol started almost two months ago, but somehow we’ve found ourselves watching the remaining contestants fight for a stop in the coveted Top 10! (Oh, how time flies!) While each week makes it harder and harder to stay goodbye, this is a particularly special round in the competition. The 10 competitors who make it through to the next week of the competition also happen to be the 10 performers that we’ll see on the American Idol tour this summer!

So who went home and who will be packing the stadiums come July? Well, all in good time, Idol fans! In the grand tradition of the show, there’s a lot of buildup before we actually hear the results. Of course, this is a special night, so the producers have decided to give us real treat. Not only does Harry Connick Jr. perform his new single “One Fine Thing,” but he delivers a soulful rendition of “Come By Me” on the piano.

But now, it’s time to find out what we’ve all been waiting for — who will make it into the Top 10 and the American Idol summer tour. In super sad news, we learn that Sam Woolf, Majesty Rose, and Ben Briley hit the bottom three, the first time for all three contestants.

After what felt like a million years, the major moment finally arrived. Tonight (March 13), Ben Briley was sent packing after the judges decides not to use their one and only save of the season.

As sad as we are to see Ben go, we have a phenomenal season to look forward to. Here are the Top 10 from Season 13:

Alex Preston
Jena Irene Asciutto
Dexter Roberts
Majesty Rose
Sam Woolf
CJ Harris
Caleb Johnson
Jess Meuse
Malaya Watson
MK Nobilette

Are you happy with the Top 10? Do you wish Ben had stayed? Sound off in the comments?
