This holiday season isn’t looking so great for Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott.

The pair are being sued for $200,000 after failing to pay back a $400,000 bank loan.

Yikes, this doesn’t sound good!

According to court documents, City National Bank is suing the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum and her husband for defaulting on a loan they took out years ago, Us Weekly reports.

Their money troubles couldn’t come at a worse time, as the couple will welcome their fifth child in 2017.

The duo already have Liam, 9, Stella, 8, Hattie, 5, and 4-year-old Finn.

This also isn’t the first time the large family has had legal issues over unpaid bills. The 43-year-old was sued in October after she didn’t pay her American Express credit card bill.

But wait, it gets worse.

They also failed to pay state taxes in 2014, among other money problems.

Though the actress is the daughter of Aaron Spelling, the multimillionaire producer, he only left her $800,000 in his will.

Her mother, Candy Spelling, was left the rest of the money.

“It’s no mystery why I have money problems. I grew up rich beyond anyone’s wildest dreams. I never knew anything else,” she wrote in her memoir Spelling It Like It Is.

“Even when I try to embrace a simpler lifestyle, I can’t seem to let go of my expensive tastes. Even when my tastes aren’t fancy, they’re still costly. I moved houses to simplify my life, but lost almost a million dollars along the way.”

Hopefully the pair can get ahold of their finances before their son is born!
