Following an amicable split back in July, Vampire Diaries star Paul Wesley and Torrey DeVitto have clearly moved on from their marriage and are both heading off in different directions. But one thing — besides a divorce — needed to be taken care of: the couple’s L.A. home.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the pair’s Hollywood Hills mansion has sold for a cool $1.734 million — coming off the market only a month after being listed. Apparently the couple bought the house for just under $1 million eight months after getting married, which means they totally made bank on this sale. The 1920s Mediterranean-style pad was a pretty sweet one, living up to its price tag.
The house features a rotunda entry, vintage tiles, beamed ceilings, a circular dining room, and an oak staircase. In fact, the house has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, coming in at right under 3,300 square feet. Hey, there’s even a detached office and gym. Pretty sweet if we do say so ourselves.
But what is the ex-couple up to now? Apparently Paul is currently dating former TVD actress and current Originals star Phoebe Tonkin while Torrey DeVitto (of Pretty Little Liars fame) is in Africa helping out on a documentary, titled Road to Hope, being produced by the Hospice Foundation.
Sounds like these two are coping pretty well, all things considered. And now that they don’t have to worry about any real estate, this civil split can go down without any problems. Looks like these two are official house hunters now.
