There was quite a bit of family drama on Braxton Family Values Season 3, and a lot of the buzz focused on sisters Tamar and Towanda Braxton and their bitter feud. Their family fight seemed to continue long after the show’s finale back in February with Towanda’s jab at Tamar’s husband and his tax woes. But now it seems like the sisters have finally come to a truce. As a matter of fact, according to Towanda herself, she and baby sis Tay-Tay are “good.”
“We’re good!” Towanda confessed to The Jasmine Brand. “ You know everybody has their seasons of not speaking or being angry at people or with each other so that wasn’t our particular ‘season.’ But we love each other deeply and even though we fight hard, we love harder.”
Fighting hard is definitely what we’d call their spat. It was pretty tough for us to watch it all go down, and apparently it was just as hard, if not more difficult, for Towanda to relive her arguments with Tamar — which were tapped as recently as this past February.
“Me and my sisters argue… because its so real and it’s never finished. Its like even though the camera says ‘stop,’ it still continues because we’re sisters and we’re family. So that’s the toughest thing,” Towanda said.
It’s great to hear that these gals have put their bickering behind them, though we can probably expect that it will be two other siblings’ “season” for squabbling if the show returns for Season 4!
Are you glad that Tamar and Towanda have moved past their family feud? Tell us in the comments below!
