Trista and Ryan Sutter Are Returning to Primetime TV! Why?

Pop quiz, hot shots: What do Trista and Ryan Sutter, Jenni “JWoww” Farley, and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Gretchen Rossi have in common? Well, beside the fact that they’re all hot, married reality stars, they’re also going to be appearing together on prime time television!

The show is Marriage Boot Camp, to be more precise about the matter. And while the WE TV show doesn’t return until summer 2014, InTouch caught up with its director, Jim Carroll, to talk about why each couple are heading into the barracks for a little relationship push up.

We get the stress of being in the spotlight, but when Jim says that Trista and Ryan — who met on The Bachelorette Season 1 — are “not perfect,” we take issue. Trista and Ryan are perfect in our eyes — at least, for one another.

The Florida pro cheerleader/dancer and Colorado firefighter got hitched 10 years ago and now have two adorable kids, Max and Blakesley, and Trista just released an amazing book about love. In Happily Ever After: The Life-Changing Power of a Grateful Heart, she talks about giving thanks every day and how she and Ryan keep their love alive.

They’re so happy, in fact, that they’re renewing their vows on TV during “Juan-uary” on ABC. So WTF do they need this show for? Um, who knows, but we can’t say we’re mad at seeing the telegenic couple back on the small screens.

“We definitely have difficulty communicating,” Trista says about her motivations for the stint. Gosh, T, haven’t you learned anything? Whenever you’re at a loss for words, just find a place in the garden, and cry it out to a producer. Healing, girl, we’re here to watch you do it.

Will you watch Marriage Boot Camp next summer to see Trista and Ryan talk about their relationship on primetime television? Tell us why or why not below!
