"I save her from choking on a cherry," the True Blood hottie teases to TV Guide.
Unfortunately, theirs won't be a lasting romance. His character, Oliver, is an obsessive foodie and "one of the most boring guys she's ever dated."

As for Ryan himself, he won't be celebrating this Valentine's Day with a special someone.
"I've been single for so long that Valentine's Day seems like just another day," he says.
