True Blood Season 6 comes to a close with next week’s finale (Season 6, Episode 10: “Radioactive”), and things are about to get insane in Bon Temps. Now that everyone is out of Vamp Camp, the show is bringing it home for an epic battle.
Though the vamps narrowly escaped death in tonight’s penultimate episode, that doesn’t mean they are safe and sound. In fact, the church is leading the fight against the fangers (“there are roaming bands of vampires out there, and they’re on the march,” says the pastor) and Andy and Jason are joining them!
“There ain’t no other way,” Jason says, and we see him pointing a gun at many vamps — including Violet, who claimed him recently. We also see her jumping at Andy’s faerie daughter, which can’t be good.
Meanwhile, Bill may be in trouble again. We see him blasted with Sookie’s light, and later see someone feeding Sookie blood! Uh-oh. “You have an opportunity to make this right,” Jessica says to Bill. Does it have to do with Sookie? Warlow? We’ll have to wait and see, but Bill definitely looks mad at the end of the promo...
Not enough intel to tide you over? Here’s the official Season 6 finale synopsis:
“In the sixth-season finale, Jason feels a vampire attraction firsthand; and Bill finds that salvation isn't free. Meanwhile, Sookie considers her future with Warlow as a new crisis poses a threat to humans and vampires alike.”Catch the True Blood Season 6 finale on Sunday, August 18 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HBO.
