World, get ready for more Ball. According to the LA Times, True Blood showrunner Alan Ball is developing a new show for Cinemax called Banshee.

It takes place in a small town in Pennsylvania Amish country, where a mysterious ex-con martial arts expert will impersonate a murdered sheriff for his own ends. Banshee won’t have any supernatural elements, which is too bad, because come on. An Amish vampire? Awesome.

But what does this mean for True Blood? Well, Ball recently revealed he's signed on to do Season 5 of True Blood, but apparently, he may not be full-time on the show after that!
