The 29-year-old actress and wife of co-star Stephen Moyer was spotted on June 7 leaving a True Blood party at BOA Stake — er, Steakhouse — in West Hollywood. She stopped to sign autographs for fans before climbing into the backseat of a black SUV.

Anna was the essence of pregnant-chic in a form-fitting dress and cropped blazer, showing off the growing peas in her pod.

Yes, you read that right — peas, plural! According to Us Weekly, Anna and Stephen's twin babies are expected to make their debut this fall.
