Are Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer's Twins Boys, Girls, or One of Each?

After hearing the exciting news that True Blood’s Anna Paquin gave birth to her twins early, we’ve been full of questions.

Although we tried to pinpoint whether the bundles of joy look more like Anna or her co-star hubby, Stephen Moyer, the couple has unfortunately not released any new information since the babies’ September 2012 birth.

But considering that Stephen has one son (Billy, 12) and one daughter (Lilac, 10), we’re thinking that the twins might be one boy and one girl, too!

While Anna has two siblings — older brother, Andrew, and sister, Katya — Stephen only has his sister, Amanda. So in that regard, it’s kind of a toss-up! With their families combined, the pattern could indicate that the twins are little girls.

Regardless, we’re so excited for the happy couple, and Anna’s brother agrees.

"She's in very good hands," Andrew told People about Anna. "Steve's a lovely man and a really great guy. He's become a very good friend. Everything is great and I'm really happy for them."
