“Eat balanced meals,” she tells LA Health. “I try to start off with a protein breakfast, which gets me going in the morning and sustains me until a light lunch. Then I try to eat a balanced dinner.”
Light lunch? Balanced dinner? So what she’s saying is that if we eat healthy we will be less fat. Revolutionary!
Preston’s workout routine focuses on a mix of cardio, light weights, and Pilates. For cardio she mostly goes hiking, which seems like a good move since she spends a good portion of her workday pretending to carry drinks back and forth.
Carrie also talks about the upcoming release of the feature film That’s What She Said, which she directed. “It takes the chick flick game, mashes it up with balls-to-the-wall bromance, and lets the girls come out on top.”
