Evan Rachel Wood Loses a Tooth After Getting Elbowed in the Face!

Evan Rachel Wood was enjoying a night out at a club in Paris with her girlfriends when a rowdy dancer reportedly elbowed the actress in the mouth, causing her to lose a tooth!
Wood, who is in the City of Light to promote her new movie Ides of March and her HBO miniseries Mildred Pierce will apparently continue to plug her work. However, sources tell TMZ, “She's already meeting with a dentist to get a replacement tooth.”
To add insult to injury, today is Wood’s 24th birthday.
If only she were a real vampire, we bet that tooth would grow back in no time!
